General Terms & Policies

Welcome to Okmall.ng (“Okmall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These General Terms & Policies (“General Terms”) govern your access to and use of all our services, including Dropshipping E-commerce, Fund4Me Campaigns, CrowdBuy, CrowdFund, Giveaways, and any future features we may introduce.

By using Okmall.ng, you (“you,” “your,” or “participant”) agree to these General Terms, as well as the specific service policies that apply to the activity you participate in. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Eligibility

  • 1.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use any service on Okmall.ng.
  • 1.2 Residency Requirement: For activities involving product delivery or cash disbursement, you must be a resident of Nigeria.
  • 1.3 Accuracy of Information: By creating an account or participating, you confirm that all personal information (name, email, phone, bank details, delivery address, etc.) is accurate, complete, and truthful. False or misleading information may lead to disqualification or account termination.

2. Our Services

Okmall.ng provides two main categories of services:

2.1 E-Commerce

We operate as a full-fledged dropshipping marketplace, allowing users to shop a variety of products directly from verified suppliers, with doorstep delivery across Nigeria.

2.2 Smart Social Shopping Features

These are additional, voluntary services designed to make shopping more interactive and community-driven:

  • Fund4Me Campaigns: Customers can generate a unique campaign link for a product they wish to purchase. Friends and family may voluntarily contribute to the campaign. All contributions are recorded and deducted from the product price until the item is fully funded and purchased.
  • CrowdBuy: Participants make voluntary contributions (slots) toward a product. Once the target is reached, our automated and transparent system randomly selects one contributor to receive the product.
  • CrowdFund: Participants voluntarily contribute toward a shared contribution total. When the target is met, our system fairly selects one contributor to receive the collected contributions (after applicable deductions).
  • Giveaways: Promotional activities where participants may receive airtime, data, products, or cash rewards for supporting or sharing campaigns.

3. Fairness & Transparency

  • 3.1 Automated Selection: All CrowdBuy and CrowdFund allocations are conducted by a fully automated system with no human interference.
  • 3.2 Public Records: For transparency, recipient names (and, where applicable, participant lists) may be displayed on Okmall.ng.
  • 3.3 Chances of Selection: Purchasing multiple entries (where allowed) increases your chance of being selected, but does not guarantee success.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • 4.1 Non-Refundable Contributions: Payments for Fund4Me, CrowdBuy, and CrowdFund contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • 4.2 Payment Gateways: All transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers. Okmall.ng is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these providers.
  • 4.3 Service Charges: Any applicable processing fees or commissions will be clearly stated in the specific service policies.

5. Product, Fund & Reward Delivery

  • 5.1 E-Commerce Orders: Dropship orders are fulfilled to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
  • 5.2 Fund4Me Campaigns: Once the campaign target is reached, the product is marked as purchased and delivered to the campaign owner.
  • 5.3 CrowdBuy Products: Products are shipped to the recipient selected by our automated system.
  • 5.4 CrowdFund Rewards: Funds are transferred to the verified bank account of the selected recipient.
  • 5.5 Giveaways: Airtime and data rewards are credited to the phone number provided; product or cash prizes delivered per campaign terms.
  • 5.6 User Responsibility: Okmall.ng is not liable for failed deliveries or payments due to inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid details provided by participants.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must not manipulate, exploit, or interfere with our systems or platform operations.
  • Use Okmall.ng only for lawful purposes; do not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
  • Keep your personal, financial, and delivery details accurate and up-to-date.

7. Modifications, Suspension & Termination

  • 7.1 Okmall.ng may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion without prior notice.
  • 7.2 Updates to these General Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • 7.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 8.1 Okmall.ng shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity, data, or profits.
  • 8.2 Technical failures, internet disruptions, or external factors beyond our control may affect participation or outcomes; Okmall.ng is not responsible for these occurrences.
  • 8.3 By using our services, you accept that participation in Fund4Me, CrowdBuy, CrowdFund, or Giveaways carries a risk of non-selection and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
