Fund4Me Terms and Policies

These Fund4Me Terms and Policies (“Terms”) govern all Fund4Me activities (“Fund4Me” or “Feature”) available exclusively on Okmall.ng (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating or contributing to a Fund4Me campaign, you (“you,” “user,” or “participant”) agree to comply with these Terms. Please read carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

  • 1.1 Fund4Me is only available for products sold directly on Okmall.ng.
  • 1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age to create or contribute to a Fund4Me campaign.
  • 1.3 Employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners of Okmall.ng may only participate if explicitly permitted.
  • 1.4 By participating, you confirm that all details (such as name, phone number, email, or delivery address) provided are accurate and truthful.

2. Nature of Fund4Me

  • 2.1 Fund4Me is a community-driven contribution feature that allows users to gather voluntary support from friends, family, or well-wishers toward the purchase price of an eligible product.
  • 2.2 Contributions are voluntary and final — they cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred once completed.
  • 2.3 A Fund4Me campaign is considered successful once the full price of the selected product is reached.
  • 2.4 Fund4Me is not a fundraising or investment platform — it is strictly tied to the purchase of products on Okmall.ng.

3. Creating a Fund4Me Campaign

  • 3.1 Only registered users may create Fund4Me campaigns.
  • 3.2 Each campaign must be tied to one eligible product sold directly on Okmall.ng.
  • 3.3 Campaign creators must provide correct delivery details to ensure successful fulfillment once the campaign is fully funded.

4. Contributions

  • 4.1 Contributions can only be made through approved Okmall.ng payment methods.
  • 4.2 All contributions are final and are immediately applied toward the campaign target.
  • 4.3 Contributors acknowledge that they are voluntarily supporting the campaign creator’s product purchase goal.

5. Completion & Disbursement

  • 5.1 Once a campaign reaches its full target, Okmall.ng will process the product order and deliver it to the campaign creator.
  • 5.2 Campaigns do not expire automatically. However, Okmall.ng may cancel campaigns older than 90 days.
  • 5.3 When a campaign is cancelled, the contributed amount will be disbursed to the campaign owner minus 8% to cover payment gateway charges and a small service commission.
  • 5.4 Campaign owners may request an extension beyond 90 days, in which case the campaign may continue running at Okmall.ng’s discretion.
  • 5.5 Okmall.ng is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the campaign creator.

6. Transparency & Fairness

  • 6.1 Campaign progress (including total amount raised and, where applicable, contributor details) may be publicly displayed to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • 6.2 Successful campaigns may be highlighted on Okmall.ng for transparency and promotional purposes.
  • 6.3 Okmall.ng reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates these Terms or raises concerns of misuse.

7. Misuse & Fraud

  • 7.1 Any misuse of Fund4Me — including false campaigns, fraudulent contributions, or misrepresentation of purpose — will result in suspension or permanent account termination.
  • 7.2 Okmall.ng reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.

8. General Conditions

  • 8.1 Fund4Me is a voluntary contribution feature. Okmall.ng does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its target.
  • 8.2 Okmall.ng reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Fund4Me feature at any time.
  • 8.3 These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued participation in Fund4Me implies acceptance of the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
