By participating in any Giveaway hosted on our platform, you (“participant” or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms. Please read carefully before entering.

3. Entry Rules

  • 3.1 Each eligible participant is allowed only one entry per Giveaway, unless otherwise specified in the announcement.

  • 4.3 To maintain transparency, the winner’s name (along with a full or partial list of participants) may be published on Okmall.ng.
  • 4.4 If a winner is later found to have violated these Terms, the prize will be forfeited, and another participant may be selected.

5. Prize Delivery

  • 5.1 Airtime and data prizes will be credited to the phone number provided during entry.
  • 5.2 Cash rewards will be transferred to the verified bank account provided by the winner.
  • 5.3 Product prizes will be delivered to the address provided, with delivery times depending on supplier availability and logistics.
  • 5.4 Okmall.ng is not responsible for failed delivery or payment issues caused by inaccurate details provided by the participant.

6. General Conditions

  • 6.1 By participating, you grant Okmall.ng the right to use your name, likeness, and participation details for promotional and transparency purposes, unless restricted by law.
  • 6.2 Okmall.ng reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Giveaway at its discretion if required by circumstances.
  • 6.3 Okmall.ng is not liable for technical issues, fraudulent activity, or system errors that may affect participation or outcomes.
  • 6.4 These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued participation implies acceptance of the latest version.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
