What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have 2 delivery methods available on Okmall.ng; Doorstep delivery and Terminal Pickup Delivery. We do doorstep delivery to most of the places in Nigeria and also terminal pickups on certain areas which are clearly defined. Always take note of the shipping methods available to you when making an order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. We only ship to people within Nigeria whose shipping addresses are set within the regions we cover.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It takes 3 to 7 working days to get orders delivered to you

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Okmall.ng processes payments on orders with PayStack, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods.

All items bought on Okmall.ng are paid for using different electronic method:
  • Card Payment
  • Bank Transfer
  • USSD

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing orders on Okmall.ng is quite easy. Navigate through the products available on the store, add the items you want to buy to cart, view your cart to see that everything you added is on the cart page, proceed to checkout and make payment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change your order(s), you have to contact our customer service before the order is shipped out. Orders may not be eligible for change or cancelling when the shipping has been processed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need an account to place an order on Okmall.ng. We do not allow guest purchasing for KYC purposes.

How Can I Return a Product?

There is always a return address on the shipping tag placed on your package. Ship back to the address if there is need for a return.

Note: You will bear the cost of shipping for returns.
